You outdid yourself!! I asked you to prepare a special cake for my bride's 50th birthday and, without hesitation, and, on a day you usually never bake, you said Yes! The red velvet cake was truly an amazing piece of art. My wife and I delayed cutting and eating the cake because it was just sooo beautiful!! Not only was the cake appealing to the eyes, it was also moist, delicious and full of flavor. We are ever grateful for your artistry, your gift and your passion.
